BAX XJ1

This special addition of our BAX is dedicated to, and in memoriam of, SGM Anders Johansson.

Anders was instrumental in the foundation of Williams Blade Design.  He was also an inspiration and example of the finest of warrior attributes.  He personified the Kanji on the face of the axe which reads Setsu Nin To Katsu Jin Ken.  This translates to,” it is the sword that cuts down evil that gives life to the innocent”.   Over his long career in a Special Mission Unit Anders was responsible for saving countless lives.  This axe commemorates his service and also his personal philosophy.  The axe represents the range of responsibilities of a man.  With the axe you can build a house, you can cut wood to heat the house, you can skin an animal and provide food, and when necessary you can defend your home and family.  Anders also personified in his personal life the best attributes of a man.  He was a dedicated husband, and excellent father, a true friend, and of great service to his community.

The majority of the proceeds will be donated to the Johansson family.
